Ruby Smart joined Neighbourhood Watch as our Head of Communications and Digital in 2023, with responsibilities including raising the profile of the charity and modernising the perception of the organisation.
Ruby has a background of both internal and external communications and engagement, having worked previously in charities, secondary and sixth form schools, and aviation.
Over the years, she has developed a passion for working in values-driven organisations to serve communities, using communications to improve engagement and experiences.
