We have launched a partnership with BT to help them spread the message about Digital Voice to remote and harder-to-reach communities. Our aim is to help those who have a landline or no access to the internet to understand what the switch means for them, and what they need to do to stay connected. This is a no cost change for all and really simple for the vast majority, which can be easily explained and implemented.
Vicky Hicks, Head of Engagement, Digital Voice Programme at BT Group, said: “It is important that all our customers feel supported during this industrywide switchover to digital landlines. This partnership with Neighbourhood Watch is part of our wider regional engagement campaign for Digital Voice, as we look to raise awareness of the programme for our customers whether they live in rural or urban areas.”
“BT Group is committed to making sure that everyone has the support they need to make the switch to Digital Voice as seamless as possible. This partnership with Neighbourhood Watch allows us to reach even more people, ensuring that everybody has access to the best landline technology.”
