A new Board of Trustees was elected at the Neighbourhood Watch Network (NWN) AGM on August 2.
The 11-strong Board will lead the Neighbourhood Watch movement as it delivers its new forward-thinking, three-year Future Strategy that will be launched this Autumn.
At the AGM, held in London, voting members (pictured below) from across England and Wales elected the new Board members and gave further feedback and input into the new Strategy.
David Huse, OBE, was re-elected as NWN Chair of Trustees and Joe Pearce will also continue as Treasurer.
Derek Pratt, a long-serving and leading NW member from Sussex, becomes the Board’s new Secretary.
David Huse, OBE, said: “I am delighted to welcome returning members of our Board who have served us so well and also to welcome three new trustees who will strengthen our Board with the additional skills and experience they bring to really help us move Neighbourhood Watch forward.”
NWN has consulted widely on its new Strategy at a series of Development Seminars held for members from across England and Wales earlier this summer.
