- A scheme is an active volunteer group of Neighbourhood Watch members, supported by a coordinator. A scheme coordinator is a lead point of contact for their local Neighbourhood Watch scheme, connecting and supporting non-members, participating members, local police and partners, actively involved in keeping their neighbourhoods safe.

Neighbourhood Watch (County or London Borough) Association
- A Neighbourhood Watch (County or London Borough) Association is a committee of Neighbourhood Watch volunteers that has membership of, and represents, Neighbourhood Watch locally, and supports Neighbourhood Watch groups, coordinators and schemes located within their area.

Neighbourhood Watch Network (NWN)
- Neighbourhood Watch Network is the strategic voice and national umbrella organisation that supports the Neighbourhood Watch movements across England and Wales. The staff team within Neighbourhood Watch Network, called the Central Support Team provide support to groups and members to grow, diversify and develop the Neighbourhood Watch movement.
